From childhood kitchens and family recipes to supplying chefs nationwide, discover how two brothers turned their heritage into a culinary journey worth sharing

Abunoor Foods began in 2006 as a small family-run bakery in the heart of Bristol.

Brothers Noam and Oren started out baking in the early mornings alongside their father (Abba), supplying fresh pitta to their restaurant Falafel King. As demand grew, so did the team, a close-knit group, some of whom are still with us today.

What began as a necessity quickly evolved into a passion. Interest from local shops soon followed, and we began supplying independent supermarkets and health food stores across Bristol.

As the city’s food scene blossomed with bold and creative restaurants and street food pioneers, our breads found their way onto more and more menus. Today, we supply over 50 Bristol-based restaurants, food stalls, delis and independents.

Over the years we have built strong relationships with chefs, restaurants and distributors, connections that have opened doors to some of the UK’s biggest national chains, alongside the independents who believed in us from the beginning. Our reach is now nationwide, but we remain rooted in our commitment to quality and craft.

Alongside our artisan breads, we have also expanded into a carefully curated range of non-baked Middle Eastern and Mediterranean products. These include premium tahini, spices, halloumi and essential ingredients that bring traditional flavours into everyday kitchens.

With demand continuing to grow, we are working closely with trusted distribution partners across the UK to bring the best of our region to tables up and down the country.

Our mission is simple: to open people’s eyes and taste buds to a world of flavours beyond the ordinary.
